Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how LookTme processes personal data, including information received through TikTok and other connected platforms.

1. Scope and controller

This Privacy Policy applies to LookTme’s website, application, workspaces, and social-network integrations. LookTme is responsible for the processing described here. Contact: support@looktme.com.

2. Data we process

We process account and workspace information; authentication and security records; subscription and transaction references supplied by Stripe; support communications; device, log, and usage data; content, schedules, media, and instructions you submit; and data returned by social platforms within the permissions you authorize.

3. TikTok data

When you connect TikTok, we may receive your TikTok user identifier, display name, avatar, granted scopes, access and refresh tokens, token expiry, and information needed to publish or manage content at your direction. We do not request your TikTok password. Tokens are stored encrypted and are not exposed to other LookTme users except as necessary for authorized workspace operations.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the contracted service; authenticate users; connect accounts; execute publishing instructions; process subscriptions; provide support; maintain security and prevent abuse; comply with law; and improve reliability. Depending on context, our legal bases under the LGPD include contract performance, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and the exercise of rights.

5. Sharing

We share data only as needed with service providers such as hosting, database, email, payment, monitoring, and connected social platforms; with workspace members according to assigned permissions; in a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards; or with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data. We do not share TikTok user data for independent advertising profiles.

6. International processing

Our providers may process data outside Brazil. Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards intended to provide protection consistent with applicable law.

7. Retention

We retain account and service data while your account is active and afterward only as reasonably necessary for legal, security, dispute, backup, and accounting purposes. Social access tokens are deleted or rendered unusable after disconnection or account deletion, subject to short-lived secure backups. Published content may remain on the destination platform and must also be managed there.

8. Your controls and rights

You may disconnect TikTok through LookTme or revoke access in TikTok settings. You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability where applicable, information about sharing, review of certain automated decisions, objection, restriction, anonymization, or deletion, and withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent to support@looktme.com; we may verify your identity before acting.

9. Account and data deletion

To request deletion, email support@looktme.com from your registered address with the subject “LookTme data deletion”. We will verify the request, disconnect social accounts, and delete or anonymize eligible data. Information required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing records, or legal claims may be retained for the applicable period.

10. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, encryption for provider credentials, least-privilege workspace roles, logging, and other administrative and technical safeguards. No system is completely secure; contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

11. Children

LookTme is a business and creator productivity service intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the service.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the service, law, or platform requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain posted here. Privacy requests and questions may be sent to support@looktme.com.
