Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of LookTme, including integrations with TikTok, Instagram, and other supported services.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and LookTme (“LookTme”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use LookTme for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

LookTme helps creators, businesses, and teams create, organize, schedule, and publish content to supported third-party social networks. Features and network availability may change because third-party platforms control their APIs. We may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, maintain authorized access to connected social accounts, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for managing workspace member permissions.

4. Connected platforms, including TikTok

Connecting TikTok or another social network authorizes LookTme to access only the data and actions covered by the permissions you approve. LookTme is an independent service and is not endorsed by TikTok or other connected platforms. Your use of each network remains subject to that network’s terms, community guidelines, copyright rules, and developer policies. You may revoke TikTok access in TikTok settings or disconnect the account in LookTme. Revocation prevents future access but does not automatically remove content already published.

5. Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant LookTme a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, format, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service and carry out your publishing instructions. You confirm that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions required for the content, including music, images, trademarks, personal data, and advertising claims.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use LookTme for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or malicious activity; spam or artificial engagement; unauthorized account access; scraping or circumventing platform restrictions; malware; or conduct that violates applicable law or a connected platform’s policies. We may block publication, restrict access, preserve evidence, or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, platforms, or the service.

7. Publishing and third-party services

You control what is submitted and when it is scheduled. Network review, outages, rate limits, moderation, authorization expiry, and API changes can delay or prevent publication. LookTme does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, display, distribute, monetize, or retain any content. Review content and account selection before publishing.

8. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes

LookTme offers paid monthly and annual subscriptions. There is no free trial. Charges begin when payment is confirmed and renew automatically until canceled. Prices, billing interval, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel future renewals through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Statutory cancellation, refund, and consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Intellectual property

LookTme and its software, design, branding, documentation, and non-user content belong to LookTme or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you. TikTok and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

10. Privacy and data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Where applicable, we follow the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). You must have a valid legal basis for personal data included in content or uploaded through your workspace.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful conduct, security risk, nonpayment, platform-policy violations, or where required by law. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude warranties or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, LookTme is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or third-party platform actions. LookTme’s aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify LookTme against third-party claims arising from your content, your violation of law or platform rules, or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by LookTme.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, security, or platform changes. We will post the revised version and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable Brazilian law will resolve disputes. Mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring a claim in another competent venue remain unaffected.
